This executive unit is rented to only out a few times per year to keep it in perfect condition. We welcome small families or groups make this the perfect unit paired with your family dynamics. The large master suite has a king size bed, the guest suite has two queen size beds and the additional guest suite has a queen bed.
The home has 2,426 square feet of interior space and another 596 square feet out on the large enjoyable lanai with gas barbeque. The villa is equipped with the finest appliances: a huge Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer combo; Wolf stovetop oven, microwave, and barbeque/ and an in-home laundry room with Whirlpool appliances.
The property grounds include a lush tropical pool with sandy beach, dramatic 19’ waterfall, and a swim-in grotto. There are two whirlpool spas, a children’s pool with a sandy beach entry and even an outdoor kitchen, which includes a covered pavilion for poolside entertaining. Our favorite is the state-of-the-art fitness facility with cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. There are also beautifully appointed men’s and women’s saunas, locker rooms and showers.
